Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently I only ship to the US and Canada

How long does shipping take?

Currently every product is made to order so I have a 10 day turnaround and then shipping usually takes 2-5 business depending on location.

How do you ship your product?

I use UPS for all my shipping needs so each package will have a tracking number.

Candle FAQ

What kind of wax do you use?

I use a soy blend which allows for a slow burning time.

What kind of wick do you use?

I use a cotton wick that is threaded so allow for a slow and even burning time.

Returns and Broken Product

Do you except returns?

I do not accept returns because each order is made to order.

What if my product arrives broken?

If your product arrives broken I will replace the item if you send me a photo via email. I am happy to replace an item if it's broken.
